Searching for Zebras is not just for people who are chronically ill.
Everyone gets sick at one point, and I'm sure about everyone wants to stay as well as possible.

With a N.D on board we have many recipes and tips for healthy living. We touch on many subjects, such as staying healthy, body systems,  making your own natural soap and other household items, recipes (many Gluten Free recipes) that are yummy and easy to make. We want to touch lives, to show God's love and we believe in sharing anything that might help you.

An example of a simple household cleaner is vinegar. Fill a spray bottle half full of white vinegar and then fill it the rest of the way with water, add some lemon juice.

Spray your bed, your couch, spray your fan, spray in the air. Yes, it will smell Vinegary, but it dissipates in 15 minutes, safe cleaning.

There are so many uses for vinegar, it's almost mind boggling, many herbal medicines are made with vinegar!

Coming down with the flu, cold or influenza? Add a teaspoon of vinegar into a glass of water. I do this, I fact as I am typing this, by my hand there is a drink that we call Ginger Fizzy, It has vinegar, some ginger (Ginger also has amazing health benefits), stevia and water. It tastes a lot like lemonade! I drink it everyday, not just when I feel like I'm catching something. I'll post our recipe later and you can alter to your taste.

Vinegar kills the germs in your mouth, throat, stomach. It helps to create an environment germs can't live in.  Sometimes people (I have) use vinegar on autoimmune sores.

Let me tell you a story:
During the black plague there were four thieves, and they would loot victims of the plague. It confounded the police, four people were surrounding themselves in the black plague and not catching it. They finally caught the four thieves and made them tell them the formula. The thieves gave a recipe for a tincture.

To this day that recipe is still is use, I've had it myself. and if you're curious about
the name of the tincture, it's called Four Thieves.
I know we always have some in case of emergency! I know what I'll do when the next ugly virus comes around! What about you?
